What time does the festival start?

Each day is slightly different. We are finalising the times but it will generally be as follows: Friday at the Spotted Mallard: Doors from 6:00pm. Tables can be booked for dinner with music on from 7pm.

Saturday at the Coopers Settlement in Bundoora Park: Gates from 11am


What time does it finish?

We're aiming for 12:30am on the Friday and 11pm on the Saturday... But if anyone wants to offer their place for a jam session we're open to that!


Where’s it held this year? And how do I get there?

Over 2 exciting days, Friday night is the launch party at the Spotted Mallard.

Friday: Limited parking is available around Sydney Road, so catching the No. 19 Tram is advisable. Saturday: You can drive or tram it, the choice is yours! Parking will be available on site if you prefer to drive, however the No. 86 Tram stops at the Bundoora Park gate.


Where do I get tickets?

Tickets are on sale now! Click on the BUY TIX button on the website.


I saw that early bird festival passes are only $69! Can that be right?!

Yes! It's our way of saying thanks for grabbing tickets early.

At $75 for a strictly limited early bird 2-Day pass, it’s a fantastic price to enjoy our 17 bands!!

Friday early bird tickets are also available at $32, for a strictly limited time!!


What about kids? Can they come?

Friday night is an 18+ event. However Saturday’s outdoor festival is a family friendly event with children under 12 free, and a discounted ticket for our youth attendees.


Will it sell out?

For Friday night we’re restricted to the venue capacity at the Spotted Mallard, so get your tickets early to avoid disappointment. Saturday’s outdoor festival day at Bundoora Park has a limited capacity based on our liquor licence and infrastructure, get your tickets early!


Will there be tickets at the door?

If it's not sold out. Tickets are more expensive on the door. Help us and yourself out by purchasing tickets early.


Are there refunds? There are no refunds.


What should I bring to the Saturday Festival?

A reusable water bottle is a good idea, please ensure its sealed or empty upon arrival. Please also bring sun protection, your ID, ticket and your fun vibes and dancing shoes!


Is the festival BYO?

No. The Spotted Mallard will sell drinks via their bar on Friday night. Coopers Brewery will set up our bar at the outdoor event, with all bags to be checked upon entry.


Will there be food?

For sure! The Spotted Mallard has a restaurant so book your tickets and a table early to enjoy their yummy meals. We’ll have food trucks on site on Saturday.


Will there be an ATM at the festival?

We're not sure yet. Still working on this, best to bring cash.


Will there be drinking water at the Bundoora Site?

Yes, we’ll have several drinking stations set up.


Can I bring chairs?

Blankets and low back chairs are encouraged. Hi back chairs should be kept towards the back. Dancing room takes priority over chairs so we reserve the right to ask you to move chairs to assist in the smooth functioning of the festival. Share your chairs, make new friends, have a boogie, take a break.


Can I bring my dog?

Dogs are not permitted on the festival site. Guide Dogs excepted.


Is the Saturday festival site accessible for people with a disability?

Of course! You’ll find some wheelchair friendly amenities as well. Please contact us in advance so we can provide you with the appropriate information and then welcome you at the gate.


What if I need first aid?

We’ll have a first aid marquee at Bundoora Park on Saturday.


What time is my favourite band on?

Stay tuned for detialed program closer to the event date.


Will my favourite bands CD’s be available for purchase at JamGrass?

They sure will!!! A whole lotta bands have brand new albums so we will have a dedicated Merch Table for CD’s, T-shirts, etc. It's also the only place you'll be able to get one of a limited number of JamGrass T's.


I missed the first four JamGrass Music Festivals, what was so great about them?

We really don't have enough room on this website to list everything that was great about it.- But you can check out the video’s on our JamGrass Youtube channel!!! It was a sick buzz.


Can I dress up?

You can dress up, you can dress down.
